HELP FOSTER YOUTH
For Agencies and IT Teams
If you manage the network at a school, county office, housing authority, court, clinic or agency, this page answers the three questions an IT team usually asks: what is this site, who runs it, and which address should be allowed.
What This Site Is
Help Foster Youth is a free public resource directory and information and referral service. It lists programs and organizations that support children, youth and families connected to foster care, and it lets a visitor enter a ZIP code to find help nearby. Separate pathways serve young people, caregivers fostering a child, and adults who want to help.
We do not provide the services listed here. We are not a child welfare agency, government office, legal or healthcare provider, housing provider, benefits office or emergency service. Crisis pages point to numbers a visitor calls directly, such as 988 and 911, and every listing names the organization that actually provides the help.
Who Runs It
The site is operated by Clara Jean LaCelle. Help Foster Youth is a California nonprofit corporation and an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity. The IRS determination letter is dated October 8, 2026, with exemption effective September 25, 2026. Details, including the Federal Tax ID, are on our IRS Status page.
Which Address To Allow
Allow this one address. Every page on the site is served from it over HTTPS:
https://helpfosteryouth.org
Also allow www.helpfosteryouth.org.
All site fonts, including the easy-to-read accessibility font, are hosted on helpfosteryouth.org. No connection to Google Fonts is needed.
A suitable category for this address is Nonprofit / Charitable Organizations, or Social Services. The domain is new, so a filter that sorts unseen addresses into a “newly registered” or “uncategorized” group may block it before anyone has looked at what the site actually contains.
What This Site Does Not Do
- No visitor accounts, sign-ups or logins — nothing has to be created to use it.
- No advertising cookies and no cookies from other companies.
- No Google Analytics and no other visitor-analytics service.
- No tracking pixels, web beacons or session recordings.
- No social-media tracking tools or share buttons that track you.
- No request for personal information — young people are never asked to register or to send details about themselves.
This is described in plain language on our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.
If Your Network Blocks The Site
