    111Project runs CarePortal in Oklahoma, in partnership with Oklahoma Human Services. When a child welfare professional or an enrolled partner agency sees a family need — a bed, a car seat, groceries, a utility bill, help for a young person moving into adulthood — they submit it to CarePortal. Churches and community members nearby get the request and choose one to meet directly, with goods or practical help rather than cash. CarePortal is now active in all 77 Oklahoma counties, and there is no cost for a church to have an account.
